Customer Service Statement

  1. Introduction 
    At MOZ Education Limited, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service to all our students enrolled in our level 3 diploma programs in Business Studies, Business Management, Finance, and Accounting. Our aim is to ensure a supportive, engaging, and responsive environment that fosters learning and growth for every individual.
  2. Accessibility and Communication 
    • We will provide clear and easily accessible information about our courses, services, and policies.
    • We will offer multiple communication channels (phone, email, in-person appointments) to address inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
    • All the emails will be responded within 2-5 business days, while phone calls and in- person appointments are limited to 9am to 5pm in weekdays.
  3. Supportive Environment 
    • We are committed to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that respects the diversity of our students.
    • We intend to offer guidance and support to assist students in achieving their academic and professional goals.
    • Special support services will be provided to students with special needs e.g., extension on assessments.
  4. Quality Education 
    • We will deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences through qualified instructors and up-to-date course materials.
    • We intend to continuously review and improve our curriculum to meet industry standards and the evolving needs of our students.
  5. Responsiveness and Resolution 
    • We will acknowledge and address any concerns, complaints, or issues raised by students in a timely and fair manner.
    • We will implement efficient procedures to resolve disputes and maintain student satisfaction.
  6. Confidentiality and Privacy
    • We will safeguard the confidentiality and privacy of student information in accordance with data protection laws.
    • We will strictly adhere to data protection laws and regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the UK, to ensure that student data is collected, processed, and stored in full compliance with legal requirements.
    • Access to student records and sensitive data will be limited to authorised personnel with a legitimate need for such information. User access rights are regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.
    • Our staff will undergo regular training and awareness programs on data protection and privacy protocols. They will be well-informed about handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
    • For any online learning platforms or databases used by students, we will ensure robust security measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorised access. This will include implementing firewalls, secure login procedures, and regular security updates.
    • We will obtain explicit consent from students regarding the collection and use of their data. We will also provide transparent information about how their data will be used, stored, and shared (if necessary) for educational purposes.
    • We will have a clear data retention policy that outlines the duration for which student data will be stored. Once the data is no longer needed for educational or legal purposes, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
    • We will conduct regular audits and assessments of our data protection measures to identify and address any vulnerabilities or areas that require improvement.
  7. Continuous Improvement 
    • We will conduct a module evaluation survey in the middle and the end of the course to collect surveys in order to improve our services. All the survey links be emailed to student’s personal email address and phone number.
    • Changes will be implemented immediately after collecting the feedback to enhance the overall student experience.
